Lou Kelley MA, PMP
Lou is a Marine Corps veteran with extensive experience in leadership, support to Special Operations Forces, project management, and DoD acquisition programs. Lou has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a Concentration in Coaching and Mentoring from Regent University. Lou completed his Coach training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) program. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and a certified Project Management Professional. He is a member of the American Legion, the Knights of Columbus, and is a board member of FAILSAFE-ERA a local non-profit dedicated to helping returning citizens reintegrate back into the community.
Melody S. Kelley PhD.
Melody Kelley has wide-ranging experience in the fields of marketing and education. She has been an adjunct professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels and currently teaches high school business and cybersecurity classes. Melody earned her Doctorate Degree in Marketing at the University of Maryland, College Park. She has volunteered with a number of non-profit organizations to improve their marketing efforts and organized various fundraising events (e.g., auctions and golf tournaments). She was also a Girl Scout leader for 10 years.
